I Can’t Believe I’m the Same Person!

I was reading all of the success stories and decided to post my pictures a couple of days early… Saturday, December 31st is my 1st year Anniversary! My results are..drum roll, please…. I have lost 62 3/4 inches and 44 lbs! Woo hoo! That translates into a loss of little more than my height and about 22-23% of my starting weight! I have gone from a size 18 to a 10 in pants and from 1x or 2x shirts to a Med or even a small. I feel so good! The first 3 pictures are from vacation in Aug, 2015 and the last 2 were at work on Dec 27th! I can’t believe it is the same person! I looked in the mirror on Dec 27th and it finally hit home, “I am skinny”! To all the newbies out there, “Just do it!” Follow it to a “T” and enjoy your journey to health!
