It’s been 15 months since I started my health journey in February 2017 and I just felt so beautiful in this new outfit (medium button up from NY&C and small Cassie from Lularoe) that I thought I should post!! Before pic was a 2x top and size 20 pants. Thank you to all who have encouraged me throughout this process. I couldn’t do it without you! 

To encourage you, the scale hasn’t moved for me in 2 months, but I am continually noticing my body becoming leaner (even if that doesn’t show in measurements either)! Ditch the scale!!
