I’ve lost 10 lbs. in the last year – 8 of those on this Lifestyle, which may not seem like a lot at first glance, but here are my overall results (in 4 months).

Since mid-January I’ve lost almost 4 inches off my waist, 3.5 inches off my stomach and 2.5 inches off my hips! I’ve gone from a large size 8 with an elastic waist to a size 6 with a buttoned waist!

What I am most excited about are my blood test lab results that I just received on Monday. They are in great contrast to my previous results a year earlier.

My body fat was 32% a year ago and now it is 26%. I have gained muscle and bone while losing FAT.

Cholesterol was 360 and now is 240 – Wow – a 120 pt drop. (I refused to take cholesterol lowering medications and said I would change my diet and exercise more.) FYF4Good saved the day for me!

HDL was 52 and now is 65 – better.

Triglycerides were 168 (not good) and now is 66 Wow – a 102 pt. drop!

LDL was 274 and now is 162 Wow – a 112 pt. drop – much better, but need to go lower.

All other labs were perfect! I’ll take another Lipid test when I reach my goal and I should see continued improvement in those numbers.

I have learned so much from you and have gained a wonderful documented improvement in my health in the process. Your Facebook page is so encouraging and the Wednesday calls have kept me going even though the weight was dropping so very slow – and that could have been discouraging – but not so with y’all!

I only need to lose another 10 pounds and a few more inches, so I’ll be in Phase 1 for a few more months. I don’t care how long it takes. I feel GREAT and I’m eating a lot better and I’ve adjusted to my spicy coffee and hemp milk and love my CranFlush drink. Nothing I have ever tried gave me these kinds of results in only 4 months, along with a plan that I can stick to for good.
